Tournament results
Results come from public tournament platforms (UVS Games organized play, TopDeck.gg) and from organisers' submissions. Players appear under the public handle they use on those platforms: we never import real names or email addresses.
If you played an event and don't want your name here, or something about you is wrong, use the “Is this you?” link on your player page. Once approved, your name is replaced by a pseudonym everywhere, and future imports keep it hidden. We only keep a one-way hash of the name to do that.
Publishing results is based on our legitimate interest in documenting public competitions; you can object at any time with the request above, which we answer within one month.
Member accounts
An account stores your email, display name, a hashed password, your decks and your preferences. You can change or delete all of it from your account page; deleting the account deletes your decks.
It also stores what you choose to add: your card collection, what you follow, likes and bookmarks, and the Google or Discord account you sign in with (only its identifier and email). Results you submit keep the contact you gave until your account is deleted.
Service providers
- Hosting: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
- Email delivery (confirmation, password reset, alerts) through our mail provider.
- Error reports, when enabled, go to an error-tracking service; they describe the failing request, not your account content.
- Google or Discord only if you choose to sign in with them.
We sell nothing and share nothing else.
How long we keep it
- Login sessions: 30 days.
- Your account and decks: until you delete them.
- Server logs: a few weeks, without query strings.
- Backups: 14 days.
Cookies and browser storage
One cookie keeps you logged in, one remembers your language. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Your browser also remembers, on your device only, the decks you picked to compare and the banners you dismissed.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use: most of it from your account page, the rest by writing to contact@belboudou.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
